Ich war für das Schneiden und Servieren von Wurstwaren verantwortlich.
Nun, mein Punkt hier: Ich bin auch für die Zubereitung des Brathähnchens verantwortlich und versuche abzuschätzen, wie viele ich jeden Tag hineinlegen muss.
An einem Wochentag verkaufen wir kaum 10 Stück pro Tag, aber sonntags liegt der Höchstwert manchmal bei 40+
Gibt es eine Sache, die ich übersehe, dass sonntags Kip met Appelmoes da sind, oder warum ist das eine seltsame belgische Angewohnheit?

I also buy ours on Sunday, but that’s because on Sunday we have a local market in the village with at least 2 places that sell them 😀
It’s not incredibly unhealthy, tastes amazing and is nice and easy to „make“ dinner, just heat it up again 😀

This is a very Belgian habit I feel. I used to always have poulet compote frites when I visited my grandmother.
Where I come from it’s simply because the local market is on Sunday, simple as that.
It could just be that people don’t like to cook as much on their Sunday and buy a piece of meat like this so they have less work. I know my parents like to buy one during the weekend so they have more time for other things.
