Most of Russia is uninhabitable and has been so for all of human history. Bangladesh on the other hand is extremely fertile, has 3 harvests a year and ideal for rice cultivation, all the conditions to sustain a large population. 

Sadly, right now much of Bangladesh is also going to become uninhabitable due to climate change and environmental collapse.

Crazy that so many people live in a country as cold as Russia. It’s wild that it approaches the population of a country located right in the world’s most fertile river delta like Bangladesh. Really makes you think!
