Ich spreche nur Englisch und beantrage die deutsche Geburtsurkunde meines Urgroßvaters in den polnischen Archiven. Ich konnte den Antrag ins Englische übersetzen, damit ich ihn ausfüllen konnte, bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich den Antrag richtig verstehe. Hmmmm the form is intented for other things I believe. They ask you for the power of attorney (that you cannot have). It may work but it doesn’t have too. It is filled in more or less correctly.
