    Bundeswehr-Werbung auf der Brottüte


    Ich kaufte Brötchen in der örtlichen Bäckereikette und der Angestellte dort steckte sie in eine Tüte mit Bundeswehr-Werbung darauf. Ich sehe hin und wieder Werbeanzeigen der Bundeswehr, meist auf der Straße, aber das ist verrückt.

      After decades of not just under investing into defence but also of undermining its value, Russia’s aggression is now forcing a mad scramble to rearm. 

      I recently saw a survey result stating that a very large percentage of the Finnish population is ready to serve to defend their country. 

      That does not apply to Germany – hence, they’ll try anything to recruit more soldiers.

      Ads for military jobs are normal in other countries, why not here?
      I would mind having an ad for X or similar on a bread bag

      What a stupid ad. Yeah sure, most people LOVE their everyday life. Waking up at 5 a.m., going to work, coming back at 6 p.m. and being too tired to do anything. That’s really worth fighting and if necessary dying for!!

      I would have refused the bag and asked for a normal one. I ain’t dying in the military so that the top 1% buy their 10th private jet

      i just wouldnt accept it. i bought a bread, not the „privilege“ of advertising the military.

      The fact that so many young people (as you can see on reddit) now have a positive view on the military is probably the saddest political development of my lifetime.

      It’s probably the clearest indicator of a general social shift towards fascism. Anti militarism would have been consensum amongst everyone left of center until very recently and advertising like this was very controversial.

      Bundeswehr has huge stands at every Jobs For Future fairs. The recruitment effort is intense.

      They have adverts on all the toilet doors in the Autobahn rest stops too

      It’s good that they make advertising. Much better than forced service
