Never seen that anywhere than KLM flights.

You could always just get in contact with Beemster, via social media or their phone number and see if they even still make the product and where they might sell it if they do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I believe these are only used in flight on KLM flights. So perhaps only available at a big box supplier

No, they’re on the food service website which means they’re only sold to the food service industry. They’re not available elsewhere. So even if you could get to a wholesalers, you’d be looking at a huge box of them.
Beemster is so much better than Gouda. I did not know they made Gouda.
