Ich habe einen Kratzer an der Stoßstange entdeckt. Ich weiß nicht, wer ihn gemacht hat, wann oder wo genau, aber ich weiß mit Sicherheit, dass er vor höchstens ein paar Tagen passiert ist, wahrscheinlich auf einem Parkplatz mit begrenzter Parklücke
Das Auto ist voll versichert (Kasko) und brandneu. Kann ich irgendetwas mit der Versicherung machen? Wenn nicht, ist es mit Kratzerentfernungswachs reparierbar?
Es tut mir leid, dass ich wegen eines kleinen Kratzers so dramatisch war, aber es ist ein brandneues, teures Auto, ich bin mir sicher, dass einige Leute das verstehen werden.

Get a police report done, take the report to your insurance and they’ll *most likely* pay for the repairs.
A few years back I had my car keyed and did the same. Called the popo who *came to my place* to take the report (wich surprised me). A day or two later I had the report wich I took to my insurer for the claim. In about a week I had the whole right side of my car redone.
If you don’t have a garage specialized for these kinds of damages, the insurer will probably propose one.
