    I really don’t see the argument. If the total price is going to be higher, I’ll be against it but if it’s going to be the same or lower, I really don’t see what they are arguing about.

    The gas price went from around 160 yen to around 140 yen when the tax was lifted but is now around 150 yen. Consumers aren’t getting all the benefit of the tax cut but it’s still lower than the 160 yen it was before. I haven’t heard anyone complaining about it.
