      well based on the tram rails i would say Straßburg but its in r/germany so my next Guess is Berlin

      It has a tramway that excludes at least one large city.

      Then it could still be Leipzig

      Laut Wikipedia gibt es 56 Städte mit Straßenbahnen. München nicht, also bleiben 55. … Auf dem gelben Plakate scheint Dresden zu stehen?
