No dick, you can’t “charge them a little fee”. He’s abused executive orders to the point where everything is an emergency. I think somebody screwed up giving the president that much power. We didn’t even have these presidential powers until WWII, suddenly every action he can’t take without Congressional approval becomes an “emergency”. Did nobody see the risk here?

Can? He’s been doing a bang up job of that for ages. Between him, the people he’s put in positions of power and the project 2025 muppets, he’s on course to turn the USA into a thug run turd world nation.
