People can believe whatever they want as long as they don’t use their belief to force others who do not share their belief to conform to tenants of their religion.
We have freedom of and freedom from religion.
The discussion is ridiculous, 90% of the complainers are complaining that lent wasn’t mentioned yet there were two articles the day before about lent/easter and even more in the days before if you include carnival.
People just want to be angry.

Lent is preparation for Easter. It commemorates Jesus‘ 40 days of fasting in the wilderness, his suffering, death, and resurrection.
Ramadan commemorates the revelation of the Qur’an to Prophet Muhammad; one of the Five Pillars of Islam.
