    From the article:

A neuroscientist revealed the „horrific dangers“ of President Donald Trump’s mental decline during a podcast interview on Wednesday.

Dr. Frank George, a neuroscientist and psychologist, joined political commentator David Pakman on „The David Pakman Show“ to discuss Trump’s mental state. George revealed that Trump is becoming more disinhibited, which is a sign that his dementia is becoming worse and that he will soon have „no guardrails“ for his malignant narcissism.

„You get to the point where the classic, ‚Hold my beer,‘ and then they do something really stupid,“ George said. „That type of disinhibition is exactly what we see with frontotemporal dementia. But in Donald Trump’s case, what’s being disinhibited is his underlying malignant narcissism. And that’s the horrific danger of the whole situation.“

  2. Eh.  He’s also describing fatigue symptoms and various other health issues could also be explanations.  He gets a lot of airtime because it’s Trump and he’s awful  but fundamentally he’s diagnosing from afar and with limited information. Which puts his own judgment into question when he does so.

It will of course be very popular because it’s what people want to hear.  But the only people who definitely know his diagnoses are his real doctors.

  3. In all likelihood, he’s been diagnosed, people around him know it, and they’re hiding it because he’s a useful prop for them to get what they want, albeit one they have to clean up after literally and figuratively. How do we know his chief of staff and someone like Miller aren’t having him sign stuff he doesn’t understand, like cutting funding for science or undoing environmental controls?

This dude really is Aerys II. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has been collecting and storing wildfire underneath the capital to burn.

  5. We all know this. Long time now. Plainly obvious even to the most casual observer. The neat part is we are forced to watch this unfold in real time.

Classic puppet stringssomeones just waiting for the moment he slips up again to say told you so. Meanwhile, the rest of us are left cleaning their mess.

It’s crucial that the ENTIRE cabal of corrupt assholes goes down in flames, not just Trump.

One of the unspoken problems of older men with dementia is they murder their partners.

The police/justice system often don’t follow up with a criminal case as competence is clearly not there. They just don’t see any value to society to pursue this. The family don’t know that „Dad“ murdered „Mom“, etc.

The guy is then sent to some care facility with the excuse that „he is not able to care for himself after the unfortunate death of his spouse.“

I read a story during the Reagan era where someone like the SecDef told the Airforce guys who carried the football (nuclear launch thing), that if Ronnie wakes up at 2am screaming that they need to take out the Reds, that they come to him first.

The two Airforce guys had been discussing this as it was 100% clear that Ronnie was losing it and lost it badly at night. They were super happy that someone with some seeming authority gave them this out.

In both of the above situations there is no „legality“ in that it is people dealing with these situations as best as they can.

The question is, who is around Donnie this time who has the guts and respectability to make sure the right thing happens when it needs to?
