      True size kind of breaks down when you can place the comparison in different locations. If you move Germany down it would appear bigger

      bigger than I expected tbh. when I went to europe I traveled from Braga to Dusseldorf by bus in 35 hours. I was under the impression all those countries were about the size of Ceará.

      If you place Germany over northern Brazil using a true size comparison it looks tiny Brazil is about 24 times larger showing how distorted typical world maps can make countries appear.

      This map is incorrect. It seems like it was deliberately made to mislead people. I guess they thought it would be funny. In reality, Germany is much smaller than this

      Such a small country outperforming Brazil. Makes me wonder why, is it because of Anaconda in Brazil?

      People don’t realize how big Brazil is. For the US folk- Brazil is bigger than the contiguous US. Alaska is pretty much cementing US being bigger.
