What an arse hole
Wasn’t another Air India 787 grounded in Heathrow for fuel control switch issues recently?
> The report, published on Thursday in the Italian daily Corriere della Sera, said Capt Sumeet Sabharwal, the pilot-in-command, allegedly turned off the fuel switches – that is “almost certainly” an intentional act. The paper cited Western aviation agency sources.
Nothing even remotely official yet.
this is not the first time a pilot intentionally took down his own aircraft.. wtf is up with all these kamikaze pilots ..
That’s selfish, evil, and fucked.
It says 241 of 242 died. Who survived?
Last week they grounded the dream liners because a flight experienced this exact same issue.

I am a little dumb sometimes. But why do you have a fuel cut of switch
Fuel switches are not simple to turn off. There in a small place that you won’t accidentally touch and to turn the off or on rhe have to pulled and turned. You would never accidentally turn them off.
Still hard to believe why would a pilot turn off the fuel during takeoff? Wouldn’t it make sense to make such a decision while it’s at a certain height?
Easy to blame the dead and escape
This has been fairly obvious since the beginning
Coverup. It’s not easy to turn off fuel switch.
Makes no sense. India needs an independent investigation
The airline company has offered him an interim payment of £21,000. They cannot be serious. This dude better be paid 100m+.
Should we bring back the third flight engineer into the cockpit? Their role to just monitor any crazy missed stuff or deliberate stuff like this.
