  1. It doesn’t work like that here. You have better chances to be Greek if you accept orthodoxy, though.

Ok…do you speak Albanian or at the least have some cultural heritage that you and your family are still beholding to?

You are what you want to be and no one can tell you whether you belong or not. If these results support your being and desire to be part of a certain culture even better. Cheers!

  4. From my albanian POV you are albanian if at least part of your ancestors were albanian and you want to be one of us. Welcome! 🙂

Wow interesting I love those results. My dna results r so boring

  6. Man happy for you that you are trying to reconnect with your origin. Don’t listen to some people here, some are far right brain dead stupid people. Try to visit Albania when you can, alone or with your relatives that speaks our language, I’m sure you are gonna love it!

  7. It’s a bit surprising that just because you have some African DNA (6%, which is a really small portion) people still don’t appreciate the fact that your ancestors kept their Albanian heritage. If that 6% would be European, they wouldn’t make such a fuss about it but it’s okay. Hope you feel proud of your ancestry and feel free to share some stories about your family. After all, Albanians are and have always been everywhere around the world.
