Diese Nicht-Anrufer-ID rief mich an und legte sofort auf, klingelte dann ein zweites Mal und begann etwas auf Französisch zu sagen. Es klang wie eine echte Person, aber ich wusste, dass das nicht der Fall war, und es wartete auf meine Antwort und verdeutlichte immer wieder, was es sagte. Hat das noch jemand???

Not right now but a few months ago I always had someone with a surpessed number call me every weekday at exactly 10:32. If I picked up, nothing happened and it hung up immediately
I had a no caller ID call that started a voice recording along the lines of “the international court of justice has an arrest warrant…”
I think that you accidentally got further. A few months back someone wrote that when you decline the call, the scammers’ system autodials you with the phone number being shown (although yours is still weird)
What has that to do with Luxembourg?
