ye my family owns some farmland it wanted to sell and when I heard the prices and I was like wtf. How is that ever going to be profitable? Fruit/veg don’t sell for much, to the point where you’d need to farm it for like 30 years to make back the money lol. Not worth at all.

Yeah because 1. It is scarce and 2. It is in high demand because people want to escape from the urban area they live in every once in a while and farmland, although expensive, it still is the cheapest amongst other property types. I mean, honestly, I prefer to buy a farmland of 1 tumolo for 200K rather than a one bedroom apartment in any central area.
