Yeah, 5 days in prison are a bit over the top, if nothing stupid was planned with the toy.

It’s a misleading headline. Yes, the woman was initially charged with *a suspended sentence* of 5 days in prison (which is different to „5 days in prison“), but she hired a lawyer and the charge was then reduced to a 150 CHF fine.
Is it a bit silly she was charged in the first place? Yes. But it seems the legal system was able to find a reasonable solution to all of this.
