This is a really clean way to show the funnel, nice use of a Sankey for something people usually describe with vibes. What jumps out is how skewed the offer side is toward tutoring, which kind of confirms how credential driven casual work can be early on. With only 13 applications the variance is huge, but it still tells a clear story about where signal actually converted. Would be interesting to see this again after another 20 or 30 apps to see if the pattern holds or collapses.
