Can see why the defense decided to appeal especially since a case with over speeding and killing a person only got 4 years. The problem is not with Abe’s murder getting life sentence but is over speeding person only getting 4 years. They both killed a person.

The driver should have known that driving at a very very high speed may cause an accident that may cause death. It may not be a life sentence but just 4 years is too short.
