>’Better Call‘ a realtor! The house from „Breaking Bad“ went on sale last year for $4 million, but after over a year on the market … you can now own it for only $400K!
>Alicia Feil of Keller Williams Realty tells TMZ … the initial price was decided after an out-of-towner, who claimed to sell „famous“ properties in Hollywood, convinced owner Joanne Padilla $4 million was a reasonable amount.
>Last August, Joanne told us she thought the New Mexico property could be turned into a museum, which could fetch a pretty penny for whoever had the cash to make the $4M investment, but here’s the thing … Feil says the house is in a residential neighborhood and zoning laws do not allow for that kind of business.
>But now, Feil is listing the home at market value — $400K. Worth noting, in 2015 Feil listed the house Aaron Paul’s „Breaking Bad“ character Jesse Pinkman lived in.
>Still, if you’re hoping to get the Walter White residence for an asking price, don’t hold your breath … Feil expects it to go over.
Must still smell like gasoline and pizza.
They fail to realize that it being a famous house is not a selling point – it’s a detriment. Nobody wants to live somewhere that people drive by all the time just to gawk at.

Even if the zoning laws allowed for a museum or even an airBnb. It would take years to recoup the investment and turn a profit. If you managed to rent the place out every night and after expenses, taxes, etc and you made $1000 a night of pure profit…it would still take 11 years.
Nah, these folks shot for the moon and thought they could unload it on some sucker.
Jesse, it’s to put a lower offer
Its not a nice house and the interior has been gutted that doesn’t resemble anything from the show. I dont think there is much of an appeal here for the Airbnb angle unless youre taking photos out front or by the pool.
I’m not dropping 400k on a house to be harassed on a probably daily basis by annoying fans.
$400K, and all the free pizza’s you can get from the roof of the garage!
I’ll take the house from Pluribus
Did it also have a meth lab in the basement too?
The new owner could be like the lady who owns the Laura Palmer house and charge people for tours.
The interior is a completely different house. You’re just buying the exterior. There was a YT video on the house and the lady that lives there I watched last year.
Damn, that’s kind of tempting
it’s real simple. buy the house, renovate it a little to make it look like the interior from the show as much as possible, then put it on airbnb. you’ll make a killing! put a little shop in the garage where you can sell the local candy ladies blue meth!
On a road trip we drove 40 min out of the way in the middle of the night to see this house. I hopped out of car and stood in street for a picture in front of it. No regrets
Turn the kitchen into a pizzeria and charge tourists to toss a pie onto the roof.
The play here is to make it an AirBnB. Park a Winnebago outside and a cut out of Tim in the master bedroom closet.
It will make that 400K in 3 years.
Oh, they tried for a money grab, and it didn’t work.
They should have sold during the last season.
I really almost want to buy that house if only because I’d get to live not to far away from white sands as I am rn. Relatively speaking.
They should just charge people to do a pizza toss, like a carnival game.
Meth lab operators have a chance to do the funniest thing ever.
Someone will buy it just for the lot and demo the house if it drops any further. Actually might be the best course of action at this point.
It’s just a house, Bront.
I stopped by that house once to get a pic in front of it. The lady was just sitting on her front porch screaming at people to stay off the lawn. I wondered why she would want to live there.
