Yeah, there is something always going on in Sliema near The point in the evening. Groups of teens gang up/harass people. Police are called but typically nothing happens. Some even carry knives :L

    2. At last, someone with an important parent has ended up as the victim – maybe, maybe something will be done.

This has been going on since the 90s.

I’m sorry for his son. But now, that a kid with a parent in parliament has been touched something will be done. Those gangs have been terrorizing the neighborhood, shop owners and other kids for a long time. The police do not care and the mayor cannot do anything about them.

    4. Are the ‚youths‘ Maltese or not?
In my country the word ‚youths‘ is the politically correct term to talk about young non-EU immigrants or of non-EU origin.
If they aren’t Maltese just deport!
And I say that not being Maltese myself.
If they are, fine heavily the parents!

    5. This has been going on for a very long time but as always nothing ever happens unless the high profile are in the fold. Article says it has become a mini Paceville, well thats easy to happen when business comes before the residents.
