      Today, the majority of Circassians live in Turkey and other parts of the Middle East, mainly Jordan and Syria. The survivors of the Circassian Genocide came to the Ottoman Empire as refugees, and the Ottoman Empire gave them land all over their territorry.

      Can confirm, my grandmother and grandfathers migrated to Sakarya (in Marmara region) Turkey. Some of their descendants still live there. They settled there in late 19th century.
