Ein älterer Mann, den wir aus Kupiansk evakuiert haben, überlebte 2022 eine Explosion. Die Explosion schlug in der Nähe seines Hauses ein und traf nur das Fundament. Er hatte großes Glück zu überleben. Mehr als einen Monat später wurde er schließlich evakuiert. Kupiansk bleibt gefährlich und Evakuierungen der Zivilbevölkerung sind weiterhin dringend erforderlich.
