The problem for still too many people in the civilized world to digest or admit is that this snail’s pace doesn’t bother 140 million+ Russians to make a positive difference for 40 million+ Ukrainians. The occasional solo protest on a Sunday afternoon in downtown Moscow with a blank piece of paper and the rounding error’s worth of Russians fighting back meaningfully (e.g. Freedom of Russia Legion) don’t change the grim reality in light of the Russians‘ prevailing bloody-mindedness to invoke [the „Final Solution“ on the Ukrainians](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russification_of_Ukraine#Peter_I_and_his_successors).

Only ordinary people in the civilized world would have turned on their ruling class for signing off on such a disastrous and protracted war. [Note too the contrast between ordinary Russians from the early 20th century](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Revolution_of_1905) versus their supposedly wiser and more technologically sophisticated descendants from the early part of this century.

Besides, how long do you think it took the spawn of the direct descendants of the Gоldеn Ноrdе’ѕ staunchest collaborators and сuсkѕ originating from the swamps along the Moskva river [to end up with the current and supposedly „true“ homeland that hogs the 11 time zones from the Baltic Sea to the Bering Strait?](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territorial_evolution_of_Russia#Table_of_changes)

Another point of reference for the oh-so-misunderstood 140 million+ Russians: [It took their rotten ancestors a little more than 100 years to complete the genocide of about 2 million Circassians](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circassian_genocide) (~ 20,000 victims per year).

If the Russians can accomplish the genocide of 40 million+ Ukrainians in 500 years (minimum of ~80,000 victims per year), they will undoubtedly chalk that up as national „progress“ given the higher annual kill rate and another proud notch in their sinister „body count“ racked up over the nearly 500 years of their sordid Моngоlеѕquе existence as actual „Russians“.
