      Hopefully it might turn a little drier here – it’s been a miserably wet January – rained 21 out of the first 25 days and we’ve had flooding with the last storm.

      It’s beginning to look a lot like winter, further east you go.

      Take a look at the Baltic states, frozen like fish in crates.

      What’s going on in Russia, no one knows!

      It’s not a proper winter, the Arctic ice dying out. The cold you see belongs in the Arctic; instead, the Arctic gets much warmer temperatures. Arctic sea ice extent is at record lows.

      The snow just melted where I live after two weeks, we didn’t have 2 days of proper snow since 2014

      I know people in northern Europe may laugh at me about this, but it’s been the coldest winter in the last decade in Spain. Malaga reached a min temp of 3 degrees C which is uncommon for our subtropical climate, the historical lowest min temp is 1C.

      Donate to Ukraine. They have a really cold wonter coming and the russian war criminals destroyed most of their infrastructure to proper heat their buildings. Help our neighbors!

      I do wish it would warm up a _little bit_. I don’t think it’s gone above -20°C up in the north for more than a few hours in probably close to three or four weeks now.

      It’s even colder than normal over here across the pond near Atlanta. It’s currently -4 when we are usually around 1 or 2 for over night temps. Tomorrow it will be super cold: -2 for a high, over -9 for a low. That’s super cold for us. We even have a chance for some snow.

      This winter is the first normal winter in Croatia in the last decade.

      We even had snow in Zagreb, and went snow sliding with the kids. That fucking sled I bought is finally being used 😉
