      So, according to the article, the headline is wrong, lol. Reducing is a step in the right direction, but it’s still not at the point of replacing everything that comes from the US. Some things will still be very difficult to replace altogether.

      Significant step forward for Europe. Offering more stable support to Ukraine, onshoring our military intelligence for other purposes, reducing USA leverage enabling us to collaborate with the USA in the future on a more equal footing.
