      I’m very keen to know what Norwegian supporters will do. They haven’t experienced a World Cup qualification for almost three decades, but at the same time, they are really not happy about what Trump is doing to their neighbors and generally oppose his politics. I wonder what mental gymnastics they will make to bridge personal desire and political conviction.

      America under the grip of an authoritarian bully who has given his blessing to untrained assholes to assault and kill who they please seems like a fine time to go there as a foreigner.

      I mean, it’s going wonderfully for Americans so it should be just fine if you’re coming from another country. Especially if your skin colour is whatever shade of brown. Which is much of global football fandom
