That is such a terrible idea, Poland is not in the euro. That instantly makes financial markets harder. But it kinda smells like something to threaten the EU (and the other smaller EU countries) with if the German government doesn’t get its way.

Also the German economy has not been growing for a while, Italy has similar problems. But they both are large wealthy countries.
