      The UK’s response to director Brett Ratner’s affectionate cinematic tribute to the First Lady has not been “selling out, FAST” as her husband Donald Trump has claimed.

      Cinematic chain Vue premiered *Melania* at its flagship Islington location in London at 3.10pm on Friday, attracting just a single ticket buyer. The subsequent 6pm showing performed marginally better, having two attendees.

      Vue’s chief executive, Tim Richards, acknowledged to the Guardian that UK ticket sales for the Melania Trump documentary have been „soft“ thus far.

      The point was giving the Trump family a multi-million dollar bribe, not selling tickets. Bezos isn’t a complete idiot, he knew nobody was going to see this, but this was an easy way to put money in Trump’s pockets.

      If someone wanted to watch a movie about a prostitute whose life gets better by marrying a rich man, they’d just watch Pretty Woman.
