Why do you think this is a change of mind? Fico (like Orban) needs the cheap Russian oil; that’s what it’s about. They support Trump only because they expect him to force the EU to remove sanctions on the Russian oil. And if Trump is in a bad psychological state, this of course concerns Fico because he may be left without oil.
