  1. So it details the number of raids, number of arrests but not the number of successful deportations as a result? Why leave that out?

They obviously have that information as they cite a few cases where it happened.

It’ll never be enough. I’ve started to come round *a little bit* recently on labour, it seems like they just can’t win no matter what they do.

Online Safety Act? Passed in parliament under the tories and scheduled to come in no matter who is in power.

VPN ban passed in the house of lords? Majority that voted against were Labour, majority for were Conservative.

Closing hotels? More deportations? Cracking down on illegal working? Sure, but they haven’t closed the borders yet.

They’re by no means perfect and have made bad decisions, and could definitely be doing more, but it just feels like nobody wants to acknowledge a single win.

  3. I mentioned this in another post but as everyone can see we already have an enforcement group that do raids. And they are operating at levels higher than at any point in our history.

So people calling for a „British Ice“ want a group with no due process or accountability picking anyone who looks foreign off the street.

I saw online people protesting these raids, doing counter raids… anybody got input on the morality of this?

Labour should be screaming this from the rooftops and mentioning any time they can.
