I personally can’t wait for the administration to immediately condemn his actions…

Trump’s campaign of violent bigotry is directly responsible for this, and encouraged even further by his goons kidnapping and attacking people on the basis of race. This is not the 2026 I thought I’d see when I was younger, even in the Bush Jr. years.

I kinda wish security had held him there long enough for Omar to get _one_ good liver shot in. Would that really have been too much to ask?

    (Saying this jokingly of course)

    >“I’m ok. I’m a survivor so this small agitator isn’t going to intimidate me from doing my work. I don’t let bullies win.“ said the representative of Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District. „Grateful to my incredible constituents who rallied behind me. Minnesota strong.“

Great woman. Definitely hope the nasty crap does her no harm.

  5. Clearly this is Omar’s fault. She shouldn’t have been such a traitor, calling for the dismantling of the ~~gestapo~~ ICE and the impeachment of Noem. I mean what did she expect? She clearly should have just submitted to Dear Leader’s wishes. If she had then she wouldn’t have been attacked! /s

  6. Attack a Democrat, get apprehended alive.

    Protest Republicans, get shot dead.

Another example of the irrationally violent right-wing. Pathetic nutjobs who look to Donald Fucking Trump as their example. This is what the right is. This is what Republicans vote for. Fuckers.

  8. Surprise surprise, he’s constantly re-posting trump, Charlie Kirk, erikkka Kirk and all the other nasty yt supremacist garbage.

Trump doubled down and said she faked it, if you thought he would send condolences and vow to lower the temperature, haha no

Do you think there will be a gofundme of some sort to support this assaulter?

She had the energy of a mom who does not take any BS, I’m here for it. This kind of energy is what democrats need to emulate.

Thats quite the last name for someone who is a trump supporter. I dont think he realizes that his people are probably in the top 10 for first people to be deported

  14. Ilhan Omar is such a g, she was gonna throw hands. She fled Somalia so she probably went home and laughed at that idiot’s impotent assault.

  16. As a Gen-X’er I’ve come to the conclusion that a huge chunk of my generation are utter turds that I do not relate to _at all_.

    Every accusation a confession…

Trump’s divisive and scathing rhetoric, his spiteful and violence inciting language and behavior has no doubt encouraged these types of attacks.

    And MAGA’s response? It’s staged…

Ahh yes, whenever a democratic lawmaker is attacked, it must be a false flag because there’s no imagining a scenario where someone they might identify with would commit such an act. It’s the same old f-cking delusion time and time again.

Claims of „the left“ and its „violent rhetoric“ act as rationalizations for Donald Trump and MAGA to continue lamenting their persecution at the hands of some nebulous, imaginary „radical left“ enemy lurking around every corner.

A boogeyman, a scapegoat that they obsess over to justify their own hostility, violence, inflammatory rhetoric, hate, paranoid delusions and bigotry.

An enemy they identify as some kind of existential threat to their racial, cultural, moral, political, and social superiority…

A fictional threat that’s become the centerpiece of their culture wars and a convenient excuse for their oppressive crusade against all those who remain defiant of Donald Trump and his policies.

If this was a Homeland Security conference, the attacker would have been shot, made an example of, and then characterized by the right as a domestic terrorist belonging to a nation-wide, hostile, „radical left“ insurgency posing an existential threat to Western Civilization itself.

Right-wing media would respond by bolstering this narrative among others that depict the country as being embroiled in a war between the forces of good and evil.

The White House would immediately respond with a similar narrative; escalating their culture wars and painting all left-wing protestors and political opponents as violent „agitators“ and „rebels;“ which would help to reinforce a feedback loop of fearmongering messaging directed at receptive Republican audiences who are currently desperate for any sort of validation for their hate, contempt, and violent impulses towards the groups of people they demonize on a daily basis.

The administration would respond with inflammatory rhetoric and rationalizations for more military incursions and strong arm tactics, all the while lamenting their persecution and oppression at the hands of a violent, radical left-wing mob and rebellion.

  19. I don’t think I’ve seen a mention of Melissa Hortman or her husband. A Minnesota Democratic Congress member and husband attacked and killed in their home very recently and should be in every democratic talking point and argument.

I wonder if Fox can be held accountable for stochastic terrorism at this point?
