Wtf you have to pay to work?
This is widely known among immigrant community. Each city has different rates for renting Wolt accounts — some charge around 300 euros, while others go up to 500 euros. Some people work on a percentage basis, where 20% to 50% of the earnings go to the account owner. Since Wolt is no longer issuing new IDs, those who arrived in Finland earlier and already have accounts are renting them out to others to earn extra income.
Baffles me that in a country with such a high unemployment rate the native population is fine with immigrants moving there to take all of these jobs, as long as the natives viewing themselves above such jobs.
For example look at how many foreigners move to Finland to work at hotels, restaurants and even S-Markets.
