      The problem of information flow in a dictatorship: no one wants to report bad news, which means that no one at the top actually knows what the facts are. Is Gerasimov lying to appease Putin or is he being lied to by his underlings?

      Recently there was reports that a concentration of Russian troops being blindsided because they had falsified info stating their surrounding location have been secured by Russia.

      It was not.

      Forget where this was. But it was a Russian Mil blogger that verified it with troops on the ground
