      He can’t use the scum from Moscow or St Petersburg as thats his power base, he’s used up most of the convicts, now he’s left with the desperate and foreigners.

      Here the west fails. With all the millions and billions spent it should not take too much resources to broadcast imperial and colonial nature of russian war of aggression.

      russians, however spend some money and results are visible.
