  1. This kind of transaction needs to be taken with caution. It sounds like China was interested more by the mines this company owns in Africa. If this is the case, the transaction will bring little benefits for Canada.

Are any of Allied’s actual operations even in Canada? I thought they were mostly in Africa.

  3. Wow, you keep hearing about china’s dominance of minerals around the world and once again we get to see it in action. Very interesting.

China is the largest holder of US debt, but they’re terrified that the US will default, on purpose.

They have been rapidly replacing their US dollar reserves with gold for a few years now.

So we let them near our food. Then more mines.

What’s coming next with this administration’s strategic partner?

  6. This transaction should be blocked like tmrw afternoon at the latest. Jesus christ stop selling the country

Canadian-listed, no actual operations, apart from head office, in Canada.

    Fear mongering.

Shhhhh, don’t let Der Orange Phührer hear you. You know how he gets when he hears the word ‚gold‘. He’s still napping listen ‚Zzzz A+++ Zzzz A+++ Zzzz A+++‘. This is only my opinion. That is all.

Most mining companies are headquartered in Canada, but many of their mines are all over the world (USA, Latin America, Africa, etc)

Canada is basically the standard for financial reporting and technical reporting for mines. You need to follow the Canadian standard for most financing. Australian works too …

  10. Sure plan to be rich sell all your assets to the next hegemon after the last one is done cleaning you….
