  1. He’d be better off throwing those billion dollars in a burning bin, no difference

As bloody if. Not in my name. I do not want my country to participate in anything created by the narcissistic, misogynistic, twice impeached and felon dictator.

If our joke of a Prime Minister accepts this, it will be a new low, even for our government.

  3. At a price of £1 billion, this is a disgrace.
Can’t fix public transport, but would consider the £1 billion price tag.

The world needs to start alienating America

Only 1 billion dollars paid in protection tax? That’s cheap!

Otherwise you will soon find out on X how maltese luzzu are the backbone of cocaine traffic to the US bases in Mediterranean

  5. its a billion a year for a tiny island that has barely a military why is this even a consideration lmao….

By the guy that almost destroyed NATO because he PERSONALLY wants greenland.

Can’t afford to pay Maltese workers and the future of Malta but a billion euros?? hey no problem

  7. Can’t wait for 1bn of Maltese money to go towards the board of peace that will be raining down peace missles.. heck, Bobby, might aswell start attending the elite dinner parties, u seem to be ready to get your hands dirty for just about anything, you’ll fit right in.

He would do anything to make his chinny chin chin bigger.

I am in no way supportive of this.

BUT. I’ve seen the €1 billion price tag thrown about in many posts. The €1 billion applies to those who want to be permanent members of the board.

A country can join for free for 3 years. Just wanted to clarify.

I hope Malta doesn’t do it. There is no peace under Trump, and he will not give Malta whatever he promises to give your country in return. He’ll make up reasons not to. People are disappearing here, children have been taken, conditions in ICE detention centers are inhumane. Now two US citizens have been shot and killed for doing nothing unlawful, and there will be more. Trump commandeered Venezuela. Now he’s about to invade Greenland. He doesn’t care about international law. If Malta has any morals or humanity, please don’t do it.

Nope. What a joke. Everything Trump touches dies. Tell him to stay away from Malta.

What a stupid nation of they go for it…they don’t seem to have the money for other underlying issues such as road infrastructure, poverty etc…

This is the same labour that screams „neutrality“ whenever someone sides with Ukraine over Russia.

When you thought oue country could sink lower – it does.

Not surprised the maltese ĠAĦAN supports this

Just looking at the list of countries that have joined should be enough for Malta to say nope.

Trump given himself, personally, a lifetime appointment as chairman means that this isn’t even close to being a US political initiative but something he does to personally profit from.
