The hackers also targeted Donald Trump, JD Vance and Kamala Harris in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election.

      Yes foreign powers spy on each other.

      USA spied on German ministers. And probably spies as we speak on UK ones.

      Does that mean we should end all relations? No.

      Just know that every country looks after it self first.
