      Be sure to add the threat of future prosecution and punishment to that. As a society, you can’t really afford to let people like that get away with what they do. It only encourages more egregious behaviour by the next batch of thugs.

      The funny part is trump lied to them about getting a signing bonus. They dont actually get their bonus paid until they work for ICE for 5 years which means none of them are getting the bonus promised by trump.

      Funny, I watched a video where masked federal agents pepper sprayed a guy, five or six agents grabbed him, disarmed him, and a few seconds later the guy was shot in the back by those same agents. In fact, while he was being shot in the back, one of them clapped.

      Fuck those agents. They’re tired of being treated like shit, maybe they can find another job to do that doesnt involve infringing on the civil rights of their fellow citizens, or perhaps a job where they dont kill their fellow citizens, then clap about it after.

      And evidently they’re being trapped into service with their 50k signing bonus, which I’m hearing is an initial 10k and then a further 10k yearly for five years of service that is repayable if you should fail to complete your contracted 5 years.

      Let’s just say some naive, good hearted person joined ICE from a small town. He wanted to make a difference but didn’t want to join the military. Maybe he was too lazy to join the police.

      So he goes to a recruitment event and gets enticed by the signing bonus. Sucked in, he has been raiding homes and a part of the problem for six months, but never „good“ with it.

      Right now, right fucking now is the time to collect evidence and help blow this shit up from the inside.

      If you committed an atrocity, it wouldn’t absolve you, but it would go a long way to forgiving you.

      Be the fucking sword.

      lol, fuck ice. Fine businesses who hire illegal immigrants. If they can’t work, they will leave quickly. Businesses will raise salaries and hire local workers. Give them tax breaks for those increased salary costs, and if that’s not enough, give them stimulus money. We have plenty of tax money to fix this issue without violence. They could walk out of it today if they wanted to and „be with their families at night“. Something that Alex and Renee can’t do anymore.
