So now merely witnessing ICE killing innocent US citizens is illegal.

    Ffs, ABOLISH ICE!!!

  2. Probably trying to intimidate witnesses not realising it was filmed in a dozen directions as they aren’t the sharpest tools

The Department of Homeland Security are screwing things up big time.

Which lawyer wants to start the class action for this round of wrongful detentions?

Ok who is the fucker who murdered the guy that supported the troops?

  6. This shit really pisses me off. You cannot detain witnesses. If they don’t want to talk they don’t have to.

According to a separate article in The Guardian, the „pink coat lady“ who filmed the clearest video of the fatal shooting said in a sworn affidavit (that was filed in federal court in Minnesota late Saturday): “I feel afraid. Only hours have passed since they shot a man right in front me, and I don’t feel like I can go home because I heard agents were looking for me. I don’t know what the agents will do when they find me. I do know that they’re not telling the truth about what happened.”

So they released all of the witnesses? Yes or no?

“Immigration Customs” should not be detaining Americans, especially just for witnessing a crime that happened in a public street.

According to a separate article in The Guardian, the ACLU has already filed a lawsuit on behalf of Minneapolis protesters against Kristi Noem and other homeland security officials directing the immigration crackdown in Minneapolis.

I want to upvote posts like these but I know that will lead to three letter agencies knocking on my door to lock me away

Censorship and intimidation. Like in every good ol dictatorship. Just don’t give in, that’s all they’re hoping for

Does anyone still need a proof that this facist regime took over our country?

  13. He was held first by himself and then with two dozen others who were there. That’s good. Classic law enforcement technique, straight from the academy. Don’t separate witnesses until statements have been taken – put them all together!

Amazed he was released so quickly instead of being sent immediately to Texas… with or without formal charges.
