Ich lebe mit dem Eigentümer und seiner Freundin in einer Wohngemeinschaft und sie versucht mich seit Monaten zum Auszug zu drängen. Könnte ich rechtliche Probleme bekommen, wenn ich eine solche Nachricht verschicke?
Ich lebe sehr rücksichtsvoll und hatte nie Probleme mit Mitbewohnern – bis sie eingezogen ist. Seit Monaten schickt sie mir Kritik, wie ich die Wohnung putze und wie laut ich bin, obwohl sie selbst die Wohnung verwüstet, schreit und weint und Türen zuschlägt.
Ich möchte diese Nachricht senden und sie dann blockieren. Könnte mich das strafrechtlich belasten?

Should not be a legal issue, if you don’t make it public.
But the message itself sounds like pre school nevertheless.
How is an AI answer solving anything? I get that you try to defend yourself somehow but this is not the way. I got the feeling that you shouldn’t say something at all. If you are scared then you can visit a police station and talk to someone to get a little insight on the situation. If you want to sue them, talk to a lawyer. Or talk to your roommate about this. But I wouldn’t argue anymore, it wouldn’t stop anyway.
