  3. until (*presumably)* 1st of March. That is, if I do not see you (*a word that i cannot decipher, it looks like sohw/sahw or something).* Here in Diwot/Dinot (*seemingly a place name that I cannot really understand)*

    These few (*really doubtful about whether it says Dazas which would mean few)* messages/letters are deciding our further ways.

    The fact that he is writing in a dialect using old orthography combined with poor quality image makes it really hard to figure out what he is saying.
