I can think of a lot of other things to add to that, but we need more of this.
The Hippocratic oath only requires them to preserve human life. Ice agents don’t qualify.

Good.
Every union, every organization, EVERYONE should be shouting this sentiment.
This kind of terrorizing is ramping up…not stopping.
This is what needs to happen: A major news network needs to show a 1 hour special of the video, where they go frame by frame and contrast it with Noem’s gaslighting attempt.
So far this year 66% of all homicides in Minneapolis have been committed by ICE agents.
Nurses going on strike would be just about the most effective protest possible.
How come states with far more illegals have no issues like Minnesota does, do their local cops actually cooperate with ICE in locating violent assailants, child traffickers, drug deals, etc. ?
Anyone whose life has been saved in an emergency room anywhere, understands the value of an Emergency Room Technician over a demented emperor that could be impeached and convicted, just do it Congress.
At this point couldn’t a health professional refuse to treat these gestapo agents due to it conflicting with their religious beliefs?
The cdc and fda are public health threats these days too. I’m not even kidding. My med school banned us in October from using the cdc as a reliable source of info since they are actively screwing with established science and not even bothering to update their „last updated“ dates on the web pages, so at a glance we don’t know if that report dated 2022 is accurate.
My wife’s field is public health, particularly child and infant fatality review – looking at every death under 19 in the countuly to see if something could have been done differently, make sure first responders for these deaths are supported properly, and look for trends that can be addressed. Literally protecting kids stuff. Trump admin cutting funding severely. Nationwide, local public health programs are imploding or frozen at best.
It would be a shame if injured ICE agents were refused care.

But will they refuse to treat ICE?
