      This is another reason why many of us voted for him. He is using one of the best approaches to diversify our economy, while the US is deliberately trying to kill our economy. I just can’t imagine PP using the same approach, I think PP would be kowtowing to Trump, while Trump continues to harm our economy.

      The focus on the Caribbean and ASEAN countries later in the year is interesting.

      Carney specifically signposted the idea of ‘bridging’ the ASEAN and EU markets in his Davis speech, it will be interesting to see how much he can facilitate that over the next year.

      Good. The US is in a free-fall right now. I’m not talking economically, just yet. But their society is in turmoil and it’s not sustainable over time. You can’t deal with an administration that is not trustworthy or reliable and openly manipulating policy and information.

      That’s all he did in 2025. Can he please at least pretend to give a shit about domestic issues? Other than the ridiculous gun buyback, it seems like international capitalism is the only thing on his agenda. Let’s build a country worth trading with before we go begging on people’s doorsteps for another year
