      Heroes.
      Russia is well known to do second strikes to hit firefighters, medical personnel and mechanics. (This is a Warcrime)
      Those engineers fight as hard as the soldiers.

      At some point, I think UKR should REALLY consider the Finland option.

      MOVE the critical Infras UNDERGROUND.

      Yes, it takes time and money and effort and WHATEVER, it’s still BETTER than getting bombed and risking lives to do repair work.

      Start small, get help from Finland/EU, bit by bit, it will make UKR’s critical infras immune to RuZ bombing.

      It will take years!!!! So? Is the alternative gonna be faster?
