Running afoul of the gun lobby has failed badly every time the Trump administration has tried it. We’re talking walkbacks at Olympic speeds here. It’s kind of amazing that they haven’t learned that lesson yet.

    NRA – „Wait for a full investigation“

    VP – „Absolute immunity“

    Previous statement by email

    > NRA Statement on Minnesota Shooting

    > Fairfax, VA – The National Rifle Association released the following statement regarding the recent officer-involved shooting in Minnesota:

    > „For months, radical progressive politicians like Tim Walz have incited violence against law enforcement officers who are simply trying to do their jobs. Unsurprisingly, these calls to dangerously interject oneself into legitimate law- enforcement activities have ended in violence, tragically resulting in injuries and fatalities.

    > As there is with any officer-involved shooting, there will be a robust and comprehensive investigation that takes place to determine if the use of force was justified. As we await these facts and gain a clearer understanding, we urge the political voices to lower the temperature to ensure their constituents and law enforcement officers stay safe.“

They are bootlickers. This was an execution. What happened to the investigation into the shooting of Nicole Good?

Rittenhouse comes to mind. He went to a protest with a gun and killed two people.

They can gun down women, children, and dogs… but when they start going after armed men, that’s when the NRA says “enough is enough”

  6. The NRA ultimately serves to protect gun manufacturers and their profits. They do not and never have existed to protect any of your constitutional rights.

A UNITED STATES ATTORNEY actually wrote that???

It’s clearly in direct opposition to the Constitution. Maga makes logic disappear

No one cares what the NRA says. The left hate the NRA for supposedly supporting gun rights and the right hate them for not actually supporting gun rights. Anyone that cares about their right to keep and bear arms supports Gun Owners of America or the 2nd Amendment Foundation instead.

He wasn’t shot for possessing a firearm, he was shot bc he looked like he was reaching and he was resisting instead of complying, leading any reasonable person to believe he had intent to harm LE.

Idk it’s a pretty open and shut case

Man interferes with a federal operation specifically targeting one violent illegal immigrant and gets shot in the altercation.

Very bad thing that he was killed

However man should not have interfered

He unfortunately lost his life as consequences to his own actions. Completely avoidable situation

As a general bit of common sense, why would you mess with armed people??
