      Capita AGAIN. It always seems to be that when they are in charge of something, they mess it up hugely and people suffer as a result. Including with the DWP, where they wrongly deny people disability benefits and then their decision is found to be totally inaccurate at tribunal. It can take years for that process to be completed.

      Capita shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near any government contracts…. You’d have thought that the Civil Service and government would have learned their lessons on this one by now!

      Nice. Capita also leaked my data when I was on the University pension scheme in 2023. You can set your watch by the fuckups.

      Capital are a disgrace but MyCSP are equally to blame. They deliberately withheld information to make the transfer as difficult as possible, as a protest against losing the contract. Using retirees as cannon fodder.
