Hallo zusammen! Ich brauche bitte Hilfe! Es ist meine erste internationale Reise und mein Flug kommt um 15:30 Uhr in Helsinki an, aber ich habe noch am selben Tag eine Kreuzfahrt in Turku. Ich kann nur diese Zugfahrpläne finden; Die Verbindung in Pasila beträgt 5 Minuten. Ist das genug Zeit? Oder besteht die Gefahr, dass ich den Zug verpasse?

Pasila is not that big, but five minutes is still cutting it close unless you know exactly where to go. Any delay on your flight or train will likely make you miss that train.
Trains from airport leave every 10 minutes either train goes to Pasila. The ticket from VR website will be valid for earlier trains also, so just take an earlier one.
Just book the train from Pasila to Turku. Then catch a commuter train from airport to Pasila when you’re ready to leave.
I would Be More concerned on the flight being delayed because then you might miss the train
Although Finnish trains are pretty reliable and Pasila is straightforward station, it is still very tight schedule and I wouldnt risk it. I would instead book only Pasila-Turku intercity train via VR and take some earlier train from airport to Pasila via HSL (Helsinki metropolitan area public transport). There are atleast lines I and P that run once per 30 minutes and you can buy the ticket via their application just before you board (ABC area, 4.50e). This way you pay pretty much the same and while also having a stressfree commute.
