Einer unserer Nachbarn, ich weiß nicht, wer den Müll, den er findet, immer in das Gebäude vor unserem Haus wirft, weil wir die einzigen Nicht-Europäer in dem Gebäude sind. wir haben so lange geschwiegen. Ich weiß nicht, was wir sonst noch tun können.

Go to the police, as long as it’s not your garbage feel free to lodge a complaint against „unknown“ neighbor
And get a copy and paste the copy on your door addressed to the „unknown“ neighbor

Get a camera but have it facing downward if that makes sense. Rig it so it sticks out and down so it’s not facing any neighbors but you might catch a glimpse of who’s leaving trash
