  1. You don’t have to leave the Canton, you can move to the countryside, but as long as you have to live or work in the city, the city will do city things and that will affect you.

Fireworks and firecrackers (I’m lacking a better term here) are generally not allowed, afaik bengalos are also not allowed to be lit in public areas. The police likely tolerated it because any action would have been met with a reaction, if the protest is peaceful, there’s no reason to intervene and change that.

At least that’s the argument when it comes to FCZ marches or other clubs.

  2. If its just fireworks and no real vandalism, guess we are lucky. Lets see how it ends thou.

  3. While you complain about fireworks, they protest about a new emerging genocide…

  4. Whenever there is yet another football championship, irrespective who wins and who loses Langstrasse is blocked.

Just that’s not about political events.

Maybe they should go home and fight, rather than breaking stuff here? I don’t care about a war between two tribes in the middle of nowhere.

People vandalizing in Switzerland for a foreign cause.

One of the many benefits of diversity.

Because absolutely nothing happening right now in this country or the world shall be more important than maintaining the legendary punctuality of swiss public transports nor be a mild inconvenience for the bourgeoisie 🙄

Personally I can’t stand morons honking and parading in their cars after every football game. Tough life, Switzerland
